Mr. Rick Wagner is a real expert. I had three so called experts in standby generator repairs and they could not make the unit operational, even though they replaced every part that they thought was the problem. After several trial and error efforts replacing several parts, they could not identify the problem and told me that the unit could not be repaired. The interesting thing was that they were supposedly trained experts on Briggs and Stratton generators. Their recommendation was to buy a new unit. Mr. Wagner not only identified the problem within an hour of coming and seeing the unit but after ordering the parts made the unit operational within two hours. I would highly recommend him. During the blackout I was concerned about my generator. I never had any maintenance since moving into my new home. Had called several RV locations in the Lakewood area for service on my Onan generator. The earliest time I could bring in my Coachmen RV was 1 month. I called Penn RV locations and they were also a month out. Fortunately one of the sales people had given me the phone number of a mobile Generator service

Excellent service! We own a Tiffin Allegro RV and had an issue with our generator. Rick came to our home, promptly diagnosed the problem, gave us an estimate and quickly ordered what was needed to fix it. All work was done on site so we did not need to take the RV to a shop. Now our generator is running well - no problems! Rick is extremely courteous and professional. I will be recommending him to anyone who needs generator maintenance.

It was this Christmas eve during a storm and we lost power. I started up my emergency generator and it was working just fine. As the night wore on the generator started to loose power and after about an hour finally stopped generating power. I have two sump pumps that keep my basement from flooding as water levels rise from beneath and 3 refrigerators and a freezer full of food. I was aware that the upcoming New Years eve should be stormy as well, therefore getting the generator up and running was a priority. I called numerous companies that claim to service and repair generators although until I reached Rick at Raw Power none actually did repairs. Rick came to the rescue and my priority became his priority. He scheduled the repair the very next day. On the scheduled day he called to let me know he would be at my house an hour early. He is a total professional that goes the extra mile we so frequently hear about but seldom see. Once at the house he quickly analyzed the problem. Since he didn't have the required part, he found a store that had it, left to get it and promptly returned to complete the repair. There were no surprises as he was completely up front as to the costs. He even spent extra time with me reviewing how to run and maintain my generator, as well as, proper electrical connections.
